Having worked for 5 years in the UK IT recruitment markets I moved to the Netherlands in 2001. I worked for Financial Recruitment specialist Robert Walters for 12 years reaching Director level. I worked for 2 years in the recruitment outsourcing business before starting a niche recruitment firm within the Big Data space.
In 2018 I joined Executive Search firm Top of Minds as Managing Partner Interim Solutions before starting Dove Interim Search in 2025.
